摘 要:绩效考核作为科学管理的重要工具,在提高情报人员工作热情与积极性、促进队伍良性发展以及推动目标实现等方面具有重要作用。目前,各地公安情报部门在绩效考核工作方面进行了有益探索,但仍存在考核主体结构单一、考核指标设计不合理、配套制度缺失等问题。为了解决这些问题,本文提出了通过引入多元绩效考核主体、分岗位设计考核指标、建立相应配套制度等措施,对公安情报人员的绩效考核工作进一步优化完善。As an important tool of scientific management,performance appraisal plays an important role in improving the enthusiasm and enthusiasm of intelligence personnel,promoting the healthy development of the team,and promoting the realization of goals.At present,public security and intelligence departments in various localities have carried out useful explorations in performance appraisal work,but there are still problems such as a single main structure of the appraisal,unreasonable design of appraisal indicators,and lack of supporting systems.In order to solve these problems,this paper proposes to further optimize and improve the performance appraisal of public security intelligence personnel by introducing multiple performance appraisal subjects,designing evaluation indicators by position,and establishing corresponding supporting systems.
