自拟灌肠汤联合柳氮磺胺吡啶治疗溃疡性结肠炎患者的效果

摘　　要：目的:观察自拟灌肠汤联合柳氮磺胺吡啶治疗溃疡性结肠炎患者的效果。方法:选取2022年10月至2023年10月该院收治的60例溃疡性结肠炎患者进行前瞻性研究,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组各30例。对照组给予柳氮磺胺吡啶治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合自拟灌肠汤治疗,比较两组治疗效果,治疗前后肠道菌群数量、血清炎性因子[肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素(IL)-6、IL-10]水平,以及治疗期间不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为93.33%(28/30),高于对照组的63.33%(19/30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组肠球菌、乳酸杆菌、双歧杆菌菌群数量均多于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组TNF-α、IL-6水平均低于对照组,IL-10水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为6.67%(2/30),低于对照组的33.33%(10/30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:自拟灌肠汤联合柳氮磺胺吡啶治疗溃疡性结肠炎患者可提高治疗总有效率,增加肠道菌群数量,改善血清炎性因子水平,降低不良反应发生率,效果优于单纯柳氮磺胺吡啶治疗。Objective:To observe effects of self-made enema decoction combined with Sulfasalazine in treatment of patients with ulcerative colitis.Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 60 patients with ulcerative colitis admitted to the hospital from October 2022 to October 2023.They were divided into control group and observation group by using the random number table method,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Sulfasalazine,while the observation group was treated with self-made enema decoction on the basis of that of the control group.The therapeutic effect,the number of intestinal flora,the levels of serum inflammatory factors[tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin(IL)-6,IL-10]before and after the treatment,and the incidence of adverse reactions during treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.33%(28/30),which was higher than 63.33%(19/30)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the number of Enterococcus,Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the levels of TNF-αand IL-6 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the level of IL-10 was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 6.67%(2/30),which was lower than 33.33%(10/30)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Self-made enema decoction combined with Sulfasalazine in the treatment of the patients with ulcerative colitis can improve the total effective rate and the number of intestinal flora,improve the levels of serum inflammatory factors,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.Moreover,it is superior to simple Sulfasalazine treatment.
