益胃化裁方联合常规西药治疗慢性胃炎患者的效果

摘　　要：目的:观察益胃化裁方联合常规西药治疗慢性胃炎患者的效果。方法:回顾性分析2021—2022年该院收治的90例慢性胃炎患者的临床资料,按照治疗方法不同将其分为对照组和观察组各45例。对照组采用常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合益胃化裁方治疗,两组均连续治疗1个月。比较两组临床疗效,治疗前后中医证候积分、胃动力学指标(胃窦收缩频率、胃窦收缩幅度、胃排空时间)水平、炎性指标[白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)]水平,以及不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为97.78%(44/45),高于对照组的82.22%(37/45),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组主症、次症等中医证候积分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组胃窦收缩频率、胃窦收缩幅度水平均高于对照组,胃排空时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组IL-2、IL-6、TNF-α水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:益胃化裁方联合常规西药治疗慢性胃炎患者可提高治疗总有效率,降低中医证候积分和炎性指标水平,改善胃动力学指标水平,效果优于单用常规西药治疗。Objective:To observe effects of Yiwei Huacai decoction combined with conventional Western medicine in treatment of patients with chronic gastritis.Methods:The clinical data of 90 patients with chronic gastritis admitted to this hospital from 2021 to 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into control group and observation group,45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine,while the observation group was treated with Yiwei Huacai decoction on the basis of that of the control group.Both groups were treated continuously for 1 month.The clinical efficacy,the TCM syndrome scores,the gastric motility indexes(gastric antrum contraction frequency,gastric antrum contraction amplitude,gastric emptying time)levels,the inflammatory factors[interleukin-2(IL-2),interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)]levels before and after the treatment,and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.78%(44/45),which was higher than 82.22%(37/45)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes such as main symptoms and secondary symptoms in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the frequency and amplitude of gastric antrum contraction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the gastric emptying time was shorter than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the levels of IL-2,IL-6 and TNF-αin the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Yiwei Huacai decoction combined wit
