叙事护理在提高脑卒中偏瘫患者早期康复治疗依从性中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨脑卒中偏瘫患者早期康复治疗过程中辅助以叙事护理干预对提高依从性的影响。方法简单随机选取2023年1—12月如东县人民医院神经内科收治的60例脑卒中偏瘫患者为研究对象,根据不同护理方法分组,每组30例。两组患者均予以早期康复治疗,对照组辅助以常规护理,观察组辅助以叙事护理。对比两组患者护理前后治疗依从性及护理满意度情况。结果护理前,两组患者治疗依从性评估结果比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组患者依从性均得以提升,观察组与身体参与锻炼、与锻炼效果监督、与锻炼过程中及时寻求建议相关的依从性均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组护理总满意率为96.67%(29/30),高于对照组的73.33%(22/30),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.706,P<0.05)。结论脑卒中偏瘫患者接受早期康复治疗同时辅助叙事护理可有效提高患者依从性,提高患者对护理服务的满意度。Objective Exploring the impact of narrative nursing intervention on improving compliance in early rehabilitation treatment of stroke patients with hemiplegia.Methods Sixty stroke patients with hemiplegia admitted to the Department of Neurology of Rudong County People's Hospital from January to December 2023 were simple randomly selected as the research objects.They were divided into groups by different nursing methods,30 cases in each group.All of them were given early rehabilitation treatment.The control group was assisted with routine nursing,and the observation group was assisted with narrative nursing.The treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction of the two groups before and after nursing were compared.Results There was no significant difference in the evaluation results of treatment compliance between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05).After nursing,the compliance of the two groups of patients was improved.The compliance of the observation group and the physical participation in exercise,the supervision of exercise effect,and the timely seeking of suggestions during exercise were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of nursing in the observation group was 96.67%(29/30)higher than that in the control group 73.33%(22/30),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.706,P<0.05).Conclusion Early rehabilitation treatment combined with narrative nursing can effectively improve patient compliance and overall satisfaction with nursing services for stroke hemiplegic patients.
