摘 要:面对日益增长的高质量医疗服务需求与医学生培养质量低下、培养周期长的矛盾,国家和学界提出“5+3”一体化临床医学专业培养模式。在近7年的培养实践中,该模式孕育了大批基础扎实、临床技能娴熟的规培医生,但也暴露其科研创新思维和能力的匮乏,这表明“5+3”一体化教育模式需要对科研能力方面进行深化改革。文章探索了以生物样本库为基础的“5+3”一体化临床医学科研思维和能力的改革方案。In response to the growing demand for high-quality medical services and the challenges of low quality in medical student education with extended training periods,both the government and academia have proposed the integrated“5+3”model for clinical medical professional training.Over the past seven years of practical implementation,this model has nurtured a large number of well-grounded resident physicians proficient in clinical practice and skills.However,it has also revealed deficiencies in their research innovation thinking and capabilities,indicating a need for deeper reform in the research capabilities within the“5+3”integrated education model.This article explores reform initiatives aimed at enhancing research thinking and capabilities in clinical medical education based on a biological sample library.
