摘  要:目的:探讨虚拟操作训练在儿童口腔医学本科生乳磨牙髓腔冠部预备教学中的应用。方法:选取北京大学口腔医学院本科生共60人为研究对象,分为虚拟教学组(试验组)和仿头模教学组(对照组),培训练习后进行操作考核和问卷调查。结果:虚拟练习有助于学生掌握某些技术要点。学生普遍认可虚拟训练,多数学生认为仿头模练习对提高操作水平帮助更大。结论:虚拟操作训练可辅助传统教学,未来仍需不断改进完善。Objective:To explore the application of virtual operation training in Undergraduate teaching of preparation of pulp cavity in primary molars.Methods:Sixty undergraduate students from the School of Stomatology,Peking University were selected and divided into a virtual teaching group(experimental group)and a Kavo head-simulator teaching group(control group).After training exercises,operational assessments and questionnaire surveys were conducted.Results:Virtual practice helped students master certain technical points.Students generally appreciated virtual training,with most believing that head-simulator practice was more helpful in improving their operational skills.Conclusion:Virtual operation training can complement traditional teaching methods,but continuous improvement is necessary for future applications.
