摘 要:目的:研究MOOC结合问题式教学(problem-based learning,PBL)在中药药理学教学改革中的应用效果。方法:选取南京中医药大学中药学18级1班学生作为试验组,2班学生作为对照组,在进行MOOC线上教学的同时,线下对试验组学生开展PBL教学,对对照组学生开展传统教学,比较两组学生的成绩。结果:试验组总成绩、分析设计题的成绩明显高于对照组。结论:MOOC结合PBL更有利于培养学生的中药药理学科研思维,提高学生的综合素质。Objective:To study the application effect of MOOC combined with Problem-Based Learning(PBL)in the reform of pharmacology teaching of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).Methods:Students from Class 1 of the 2018 session of the School of Chinese Pharmacy,Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine,were selected as the experimental group,while students from Class 2 served as the control group.While conducting MOOC online teaching,PBL was implemented offline for the experimental group,and traditional teaching was carried out for the control group.The scores of the two groups were compared.Results:The total scores and scores on analytical and design questions in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group.Conclusion:The combination of MOOC and PBL is more conducive to cultivating students research thinking in pharmacology of traditional Chinese medicine and improving their overall quality.
