摘  要:目的:探索合理的实践教学体系,提高高职护生人文素质,提升护理队伍服务质量。方法:选择2018级356名护生为研究对象,随机分为对照组和试验组,对照组用传统的实践教学体系进行教学,试验组应用改革后的以高职护生人文素质培养为导向的实践教学体系进行教学。结果:课程结束后,试验组人文素质得分明显高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组干预后得分明显高于干预前(P<0.05);试验组综合病例考核得分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:以高职护生人文素质培养为导向的实践教学体系能有效提高高职护生的人文素质。Purpose:To explore a rational practice teaching system,improve the humanistic quality of higher vocational nursing students,and enhance the service quality of nursing teams.Methods:356 nursing students from the 2018 cohort were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into control group and experimental group.The control group received teaching using the traditional practice teaching system,while the experimental group received teaching using the reformed practice teaching system guided by the cultivation of humanistic quality for higher vocational nursing students.Results:After the course,the humanistic quality scores of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);the scores of the experimental group after intervention were significantly higher than before intervention(P<0.05);the comprehensive case assessment scores of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The practice teaching system guided by the cultivation of humanistic quality for higher vocational nursing students can effectively improve the humanistic quality of higher vocational nursing students.
