摘  要:目的:探讨带教老师担任SP的改良CBD教学法在神经外科见习教学中的应用效果。方法:选择2022年7月至2022年12月在浙江大学医学院附属第一医院神经外科见习的五年制本科生40名为研究对象。试验组(n=20)采用带教老师担任SP的改良CBD教学法,对照组(n=20)采用传统CBD教学法,见习轮转出科时进行量化考核。结果:试验组体格检查和临床思维得分显著高于对照组(P<0.05),两组理论考核和辅助检查结果判读得分无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:带教老师担任SP的改良CBD教学法在神经外科见习教学中是一种值得推荐的方法。Objective:To explore the application effectiveness of the modified CBD teaching method with teaching physicians acting as simulated patients(SPs)in neurosurgery clerkship.Methods:Forty five-year undergraduate students undergoing neurosurgery clerkship at the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University from July 2022 to December 2022 were selected as study subjects.The experimental group(n=20)used the modified CBD teaching method with teaching physicians acting as SPs,while the control group(n=20)used traditional CBD teaching methods.Quantitative assessments were conducted at the end of the clerkship rotation.Results:The experimental group achieved significantly higher scores in physical examination and clinical reasoning compared to the control group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences between the two groups in theoretical examination and interpretation of auxiliary examination results(P>0.05).Conclusion:The modified CBD teaching method with teaching physicians acting as SPs is a recommended approach for neurosurgery clerkship teaching.
