摘  要:目的:探究施拉姆双向传播模式辅以项目教学在口腔正畸护理带教中的应用效果。方法:选取口腔正畸科60名轮转护士为研究对象,依照随机数字表分为对照组和试验组,对照组(n=30)采用传统教学,试验组(n=30)采用施拉姆双向传播模式辅以项目教学,对比分析两组轮转护士的护理带教效果。结果:试验组的理论和操作考核成绩、核心能力和自主学习能力均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:口腔正畸护理带教应用施拉姆双向传播模式辅以项目教学,在提高轮转护士理论与操作考核成绩、核心能力及自主学习能力方面效果明显。Objective:This study aims to explore the effectiveness of Schramm s two-way communication model combined with project-based teaching in orthodontic nursing clinical teaching.Methods:Sixty rotating nurses in the orthodontic department were selected and randomly divided into two groups:30 in the control group,which received traditional teaching,and 30 in the experimental group,which received Schramm s two-way communication model combined with project-based teaching.Assessment and questionnaire surveys were conducted to compare the nursing clinical teaching effectiveness between the two groups.Results:The experimental group showed significantly better performance in theoretical and practical assessments,core competencies,and self-directed learning abilities compared to the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of Schramm s two-way communication model combined with project-based teaching in orthodontic nursing clinical teaching significantly improves the assessment scores and core competencies of rotating nurses.
