摘  要:目的:探讨数字化三维重建技术在肾脏解剖及肾脏腹腔镜手术教学中的应用价值和效果。方法:选取重庆医科大学附属第二医院泌尿外科规范化培训医师50名,随机分为对照组和试验组各25人,对照组采用泌尿外科传统临床教学方案,试验组采用泌尿外科传统临床教学方案联合应用数字化三维重建技术,学生轮转结束后对两组学生进行出科考试和问卷调查。结果:试验组学生专科理论水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05),试验组学生对科室带教的满意度也显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:数字化三维重建技术增加了学生对肾脏解剖学习的兴趣与主动性,使其加深对肾脏腹腔镜手术的理解与认识,提高分析和解决临床实际问题的能力以及教学满意度,可应用于传统教学方案中,值得在临床教学中推广应用。Objective:To explore the application value and effectiveness of digital three-dimensional reconstruction technology in renal anatomy and laparoscopic surgery teaching.Methods:Fifty standardized training physicians from the urology department of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University were randomly divided into control and experimental groups(25 each).The control group received traditional clinical teaching in urology,while the experimental group received traditional clinical teaching combined with digital three-dimensional reconstruction technology.After the rotation,both groups underwent final exams and questionnaire surveys.Results:The theoretical level of specialization in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the experimental group with departmental teaching was also significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Digital three-dimensional reconstruction technology enhances students interest and initiative in learning renal anatomy,deepens their understanding of and familiarity with renal laparoscopic surgery,improves their ability to analyze and solve clinical problems,and increases teaching satisfaction.It can be integrated into traditional teaching methods and deserves promotion in clinical education.
