摘 要:试验旨在研究水飞蓟素缓解敌草快(DQ)对蛋雏鸡生长性能、肝重和肝脏抗氧化能力的影响。试验选取1日龄海兰白蛋鸡240羽,随机分成4组,对照组(C组)与敌草快组(D组)饲喂基础饲粮,水飞蓟素组(S组)和水飞蓟素+敌草快组(SD组)在基础饲粮中添加1 g/kg水飞蓟素;试验第20天,C组和S组蛋鸡腹腔注射1 mL/kg生理盐水,D组和SD组蛋鸡腹腔注射1 mL/kg DQ溶液。试验期21 d。结果显示:①在1~20日龄时,S组和SD组的平均日增重显著高于C组和D组(P<0.05)。20~21日龄时,与C组相比,S组平均日增重和体重变化率显著升高(P<0.05);与D组相比,SD组的末重、平均日增重和体重变化率显著升高(P<0.05)。②与D组相比,S组绝对肝重和相对肝重显著降低(P<0.05),SD组的相对肝重显著降低(P<0.05)。③与C组相比,S组鸡肝脏总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性显著升高(P<0.05);与D组相比,SD组鸡肝脏T-AOC显著升高(P<0.05),丙二醛(MDA)含量显著降低(P<0.05)。说明饲粮中添加水飞蓟素可改善DQ诱导的氧化应激蛋雏鸡的生长性能、肝重和肝脏抗氧化能力。The experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of silymarin on growth performance,liver weight and liver antioxidant capacity of layer chickens induced with diquat(DQ).A total of two hun⁃dred and forty one-day-old Hy-Line White layer chickens were randomly divided into 4 groups:control group(group C)and diquat group(group D)were fed a basal diet,and silymarin group(group S)and sily⁃marin+diquat group(group SD)were fed the basal diet supplemented with 1 g/kg of silymarin.Group C and group S were intraperitoneally injected with 1 mL/kg normal sodium,and group D and group SD were intraperitoneally injected with 1 mL/kg diquat solution at 20 day.The experiment was lasted for 21 days.The results showed as follows:①at 1 to 20 days of age,the average daily gain of groups S and SD was significantly higher than that of groups C and D(P<0.05).At 20 to 21 days of age,the average daily gain and weight change rate of group S were significantly higher than that of group C(P<0.05).And the final weight,average daily gain and weight change rate in the SD group were significantly higher than that in group D(P<0.05).②Compared with group D,absolute liver weight and relative liver weight was significantly lower in group S(P<0.05)and relative liver weight was significantly lower in group SD(P<0.05).③The total antioxidant ca⁃pacity(T-AOC)and the activity of superoxide dis⁃mutase(SOD)in liver of layer chickens in the group S were significantly higher(P<0.05)than that of group C.Compared with group D,the T-AOC in liver of layer chickens in the group SD was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the content of malondi⁃aldehyde(MDA)was significantly decreased(P<0.05).In summary,dietary supplementation with silyma⁃rin can improve the growth performance,liver weight and liver antioxidant capacity of layer chickens un⁃der DQ-induced oxidative stress.
