摘  要:研究旨在探讨复合微生态制剂对奶牛泌乳性能、乳品质和免疫功能的影响,选择泌乳天数为240~280 d的2~3胎中国荷斯坦奶牛160头,随机分为对照组和试验A、B、C组,对照组奶牛饲喂基础日粮,试验A、B、C组奶牛分别饲喂在基础日粮中添加25、50、75 g/(头·d)复合微生态制剂(酵母培养物+真菌酶+破壁酵母+益生菌)的日粮。试验期60 d,试验结束后采样,分别测定各组奶牛的产奶量、乳品质、乳中体细胞数、抗氧化指标及免疫功能指标,并比较分析差异显著性。结果表明:试验组奶牛的平均日产奶量、乳脂率和乳蛋白率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),体细胞数量显著低于对照组(P<0.05);血清样本中丙二醛(MDA)含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05),过氧化氢酶(CAT)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)及免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、γ-干扰素(γ-IFN)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)含量均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),且试验B组和试验C组各项指标差异不显著(P>0.05)。说明奶牛按50 g/(头·d)剂量饲喂复合微生态制剂,能够有效提高奶牛泌乳性能、改善乳品质、增强机体免疫功能。The study aims to explore the effects of composite microecological preparations on lactation performance,milk quality,and immune function of cows.The 160 Chinese Holstein cows with lactation days ranging from 240 to 280 days and 2-3 parity were selected and randomly divided into a control group and experimental groups A,B,and C.The control group cows were fed a basic diet,while experi⁃mental groups A,B,and C cows were fed a diet supplemented with 25,50,and 75 g/(head·d)of compos⁃ite microecological preparations(yeast culture+fungal enzyme+wall breaking yeast+probiotics)on top of the basic diet.The experimental period is 60 days.After the experiment,samples are taken to measure the milk production,milk quality,number of somatic cells in milk,antioxidant indicators,and immune function indicators of each group of cows,and the significance of the differences is compared and ana⁃lyzed.The results showed that the average daily milk production,milk fat rate,and milk protein rate of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the number of somatic cells was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);the content of malondialdehyde(MDA)in serum samples was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the activities of catalase(CAT),super⁃oxide dismutase(SOD),total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC),immunoglobulin G(IgG),immunoglobulin A(IgA),γ-Interferon(γ-IFN)and interleukin-6(IL-6)were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in various indicators between experimental group B and experimental group C(P>0.05).Feeding each cow with a compound microecological preparation at a dose of 50 g/(head·d)could effectively improved lactation performance,improved milk quality,and en⁃hanced immune function.
