摘 要:文章介绍了电力现货市场交易机制和节点电价的形成机制,阐述了不同交易场景下用户侧电量申报策略的结算原理,并以此分析了不同交易策略下的售电收益以及在市场考核机制下用户侧申报偏差范围外的处理方法;探讨了负荷预测与电价预测的原理与研究思路,为售电侧在当前电力现货市场规则下制定高效的购电策略,实现自身利益最大化提供了有效的指导。This paper introduces the trading mechanism of electricity spot market and the formation mechanism of nodal prices.It elaborates on the settlement principles of user-side electricity declaration strategy under different trading scenarios,and analyzes the electricity sales income under different trading strategies as well as the handling methods beyond the scope of the user-side declaration deviation under the market assessment mechanism.This paper discusses the principle and research approaches of load forecasting and electricity price forecasting,providing effective guidance for the selling side to formulate an efficient power purchase strategy under the current electricity spot market rules and to maximize their own benefits.
