摘  要:电刺激技术在运动功能的临床康复上有重大应用价值,开发先进的电刺激系统对实现精准、高效的神经肌肉电刺激非常关键。本工作结合数字信号合成和恒流源电路模型,设计了一种多参数可调、输出电流误差较小的电刺激系统。该系统可输出方波、三角波、正弦波3种波形,输出电流误差<0.5%,最大输出阻抗达4000Ω,在10~500 Hz范围内的频率误差为方波≤0.5%、三角波<1.0%、正弦波≤3.0%。与KT-90A和PE1-2医用级电刺激器相比,系统在最小输出阻抗2000Ω时仍然保持了较高的电流精度,且波形不失真。将该系统应用于神经肌肉功能电刺激实验,通过分析脑电波形及能量谱,验证了系统在临床康复应用中的有效性。本工作有望为电刺激康复干预的临床应用提供技术支持。Electrical stimulation technology has significant application value in clinical rehabilitation of motor function,and the development of advanced electrical stimulation systems is crucial for achieving precise and efficient neuromuscular electrical stimulation.This work combines digital signal synthesis and a constant current source circuit model to design a multi parameter adjustable electrical stimulation system with small output current error.The system can output three waveforms:square wave,triangular wave,and sine wave.The output current error is less than 0.5%,and the maximum output impedance is 4000Ω.The frequency error in the range of 10~500 Hz is less than 0.5%for square wave,less than 1%for triangular wave,and less than 3%for sine wave.Compared with KT-90A and PE1-2 medical grade electric stimulators,the system still maintains high current accuracy at a minimum output impedance of 2000Ω,and the waveform is not distorted.The system was applied to neuromuscular functional electrical stimulation experiments,and the effectiveness of the system in clinical rehabilitation applications was verified by analyzing the waveform and energy spectrum of EEG waves.This work is expected to provide technical support for the clinical application of electrical stimulation rehabilitation intervention.
