摘　　要：长链非编码RNA(long non-coding RNA,lncRNA)在人类癌症中具有重要作用。小核仁RNA宿主基因8(small nucleolar RNA host gene 8,SNHG8)被发现与多种人类疾病有关,如食管癌、肝癌、胃癌、心肌梗死等。基于以往对于SNHG8表达的研究,SNHG8可作为竞争性内源性RNA(competitive endogenous RNA,ceRNA)调节疾病的发生和进展,通过作用于相关miRNA及miRNA靶基因调节下游信号通路。此外,SNHG8的过表达与患者的临床特征密切相关,并通过不同作用机制调节肿瘤细胞的增殖、侵袭、转移以及抗凋亡。SNHG8在疾病发生和进展中的作用表明,SNHG8可作为疾病治疗、检测的新靶点或生物标志物。Long non-coding RNA(lncRNA)plays an important role in human cancers.Small nucleolar RNA host gene 8(SNHG8)has been found to be related to a variety of human diseases,such as esophageal cancer,liver cancer,gastric cancer,and myocardial infarction.Based on previous studies on the expression of SNHG8,it has become obvious that SNHG8 can regulate the occurrence and progression of diseases by acting as a competitive endogenous RNA(ceRNA).SNHG8 can regulate downstream signal pathways by acting on related miRNAs and miRNA target genes.In addition,the overexpression of SNHG8 was closely related to the clinical characteristics of patients,and regulates the proliferation,invasion,metastasis and anti-apoptosis of tumor cells through different molecular mechanisms.The role of SNHG8 in the occurrence and progression of the disease indicates that SNHG8 can be used as a new target for tumor treatment or as a diagnostic biomarker.
