摘  要:空气涡轮起动机在设计过程中,需要进行包容性试验。试验前设计了转子转接段工装,并进行了强度校核。对壳体处理方案以及轮盘切割槽方案进行了分析,预制了涡轮转子切割槽,其径向长度为20.1 mm,周向角度为90°。采用触发线和振动超限2种方式触发试验台停机,然后设置试验参数,在试验台上进行了包容性试验。结果表明转速为121060 r/min时,涡轮转子的轮盘可三等分破裂并逐渐向外甩出,同时包容环保持包容状态。试验结果验证了所提出的切割槽方案满足包容性试验要求。研究结果可以为空气涡轮起动机包容性试验方案的设计提供参考。In the design process of air turbine starter,containment test is required to be carried out.Before the test,the tool of rotor switching section was designed,and the strength check was made.The shell treatment scheme and the disc groove cutting scheme were analyzed,and the cutting groove of the turbine rotor was prefabricated with radial length of 20.1 mm and circumferential angle of 90°.The triggering line and vibration excess were chosen to trigger the shutdown of test bench,and then the containment test was carried out on the test bench with the test parameters being set.The results showed that when the rotating speed was 121060 r/min,the disc of the turbine rotor could be broken into three equal parts and then gradually thrown out,while the containment ring remains the contain situation.The test results verified that the proposed groove cutting scheme could meet requirements of the containment test.The research results can provide reference for the scheme design of containment test for air turbine starter.
