摘　　要：人工智能的新技术、新理念为高校管理学教学改革提供了契机,通过采用自适应学习系统、虚拟技术、大数据分析技术等人工智能技术,可以促进个性化教学、强化实践教学,为管理学教学模式的创新提供有效引导。因此,以人工智能背景下创新高校管理学教学模式的必要性为切入点,分析了管理学教学模式中存在的问题,并提出了相应的解决方法和创新策略,为管理学教学模式的创新提供参考和借鉴。The new technologies and concepts of artificial intelligence provide an opportunity for the reform of management teaching in universities.By adopting artificial intelligence technologies such as adaptive learning systems,virtual technology,and big data analysis technology,personalized teaching can be promoted,practical teaching can be strengthened,and effective guidance can be provided for the innovation of management teaching mode.Therefore,taking the necessity of innovating the teaching mode of management in universities under the background of artificial intelligence as the starting point,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the teaching mode of management,and proposes corresponding solutions and innovative strategies,providing reference for the innovation of management teaching mode.
