西藏科技场馆科普能力提升及科普人才培养对策探究

摘　　要：近年来,西藏科技场馆科普事业取得长足发展,公民科学素质也得到了很大提高,但仍然存在许多矛盾和不足,主要是科普能力基础较为薄弱,社会各界力量参与科普的渠道还不够畅通;对社会发展过程中的重点热点问题转化为科普资源的能力十分有限;科普人才队伍结构与现实科普任务目标匹配不够充分等问题,这就要求科技场馆以问题为导向,进一步加强科普能力建设和科普人才培养,为新时代科普事业更好发展提供有效支撑。文章通过分析当前我区科普能力与人才培养的现状,结合我区部分公众在科普教育方面的需求,指出我区在科普教育方面存在的不足及影响因素,以西藏自然科学博物馆的科普实践经验为基础,重点探究有效提升科普能力和培养科普人才的路径及对策建议,为推动我区科普事业改革创新,促进科学普及与科技创新协同发展提供参考。In recent years,the science popularization of science and technology venues in Xizang has made great progress,and the scientific quality of citizens has also been greatly improved.However,there are still many contradictions and deficiencies,mainly including that the foundation of science popularization ability is relatively weak,the channels for all sectors of society to participate in science popularization are not smooth enough,the ability to transform key hot issues in the process of social development into science popularization resources is very limited,and the structure of the science popularization talent team is not fully matched with the objectives of the actual science popularization tasks.These require science and technology venues to be problem-oriented,further strengthen the capacity building of science popularization and the cultivation of science talents,and provide effective support for the better development of science popularization in the new era.By analyzing the current situation of science popularization ability and talent training in Xizang,combined with the needs of some public in science popularization education,this paper points out the shortcomings and influencing factors in science popularization education in Xizang.Based on the practical experience of science popularization in the Xizang Natural Science Museum,this paper focuses on exploring the paths and countermeasures for effectively improving the science popularization ability and cultivating the talents of science popularization,so as to provide a reference for promoting the reform and innovation of science popularization in Xizang and promoting the coordinated development of science popularization and scientific and technological innovation.
