摘  要:教育数字化时代,研究生学位管理评价体系面临着前所未有的挑战。传统评价体系在应对数字化、信息化的新环境下显得力不从心,亟须进行创新和改革。当前研究生学位管理评价体系面临的困境包含四方面:过程评价环节缺位,绩效考核评价机制不完善,师生数字素养不足,数字化基础数据库建设缺失。结合数字化特点,提出以建设数字化学位全过程管理系统、加强制度建设、开展数字化课程培训、推进智慧校园建设为抓手的管理评价体系,实现学位管理工作的科学化、系统化、信息化,以促进研究生学位授予质量及工作效率的提升。In the digital age of education,the evaluation system of graduate degree management is facing unprecedented challenges and difficulties.The traditional evaluation system is inadequate in dealing with the new environment of digitization and informatization,and urgently needs innovation and reform.The current difficulties faced by the graduate degree management evaluation system include four aspects:the absence of process evaluation,incomplete performance evaluation mechanism,insufficient digital literacy of teachers and students,and the lack of digital basic database construction.Based on the characteristics of digitalization,a digital management evaluation system is proposed,which focuses on building a digital degree whole process management system,strengthening institutional construction,conducting digital course training,and promoting the construction of smart campuses.This system aims to achieve scientific,systematic,and information-based degree management work,and promote the improvement of the quality and efficiency of graduate degree granting.
