摘 要:以32所职业本科院校2022年教育质量年度报告为依据,剖析了我国职业本科院校师资队伍的现状:学历结构有所提升,生师比达标率增高,“双师型”、教师培养力度有所加强,教师团队建设初见成效.目前师资队伍建设存在整体师资呈现区域不均衡、高层次行业领军人物缺乏,“双师型”教师培养力度不够的问题。指出职业本科师资队伍培养的对策:坚持德技双修、品行并重,提升综合职业能力;坚持量质双升、专兼结合,打造高水平师资队伍;坚持学训双向、知行合一,提升教师的“双师”素质;坚持奖罚并重、突出实绩,创新教师考核评价机制.Based on a study of the annual quality report of 32 vocational universities in 2023,the writer of this paper has found out that the teachers have usually grown in diploma,teacher-student ratio improved,dual-qualities strengthened and building of teaching teams become more effective.Meanwhile,shortcomings are pointed out that the teaching quality varies in regions.High-level industries face challenges of leadership.Therefore,strategies are put forward that colleges adhere to development of virtues and competence,improvement of quality and quantity,full-time and part-time of teachers.Appraisal system of incentives should be established.
