花样跳绳运动促进高校体育文化建设研究

摘　　要：分析了花样跳绳运动的发展历史与文化价值.它在丰富高校体育教学内容、推动体育社团建设、促进学生身心健康、调节心理、培养团队精神等方面具有积极作用.高校要开展好花样跳绳运动,促进体育文化建设,应完善花样跳绳实践课程体系和社团建设及运动竞赛机制,加强师资队伍和场馆设施建设.This article analyzes the history and cultural value of figure rope jumping that plays a positive role in enriching the physical education in colleges,promoting sports clubs,physical and mental health of students,and cultivating team spirit.In order to carry out the sport of figure jumping well and promote the construction of sports culture,universities should improve the curricular construction,set up figure jumping competition mechanisms,and strengthen the construction of teaching staff and venue facilities.
