摘 要:中性粒细胞是人类血液中最丰富的髓系细胞,在肿瘤发生和发展中发挥着潜在的作用。中性粒细胞具有短暂生命周期、终末分化和非增殖性等特性,其对肿瘤进展相关的意义需要深入了解。近年来,多项研究发现,中性粒细胞在肿瘤微环境中具有异质性和多潜能性特征。本文综述了中性粒细胞的异质性和多潜能性对肿瘤进展的影响因素及其与肿瘤细胞的互作,为靶向中性粒细胞的肿瘤治疗策略提供一个潜在的理论依据。Neutrophils are the most abundant myeloid cells in human blood and play a potential role in the occurrence and development of tumors.Neutrophils are characterized by a short life span,terminal differentiation,and non-proliferative properties,and their significance for tumor progression requires further investigating.In recent years,multiple studies have found that neutrophils exhibit heterogeneity and multipotency within the tumor microenvironment.This review summarizes the factors affecting tumor progression due to the heterogeneity and multipotency of neutrophils and their interaction with tumor cells,providing a potential theoretical basis for tumor treatment strategies targeting neutrophils.
