摘　　要：肿瘤性发热是由肿瘤本身引起的一种副肿瘤综合征,其诊断缺乏金标准,需通过询问病史、体格检查以及必要的实验室和影像学检查,与感染性发热、药物性发热以及自身免疫性疾病等相鉴别后诊断。如何早期、快速识别肿瘤性发热以及如何缓解肿瘤性发热是目前的诊疗难点及热点。本文针对肿瘤性发热的发病机制、临床特征、诊断及鉴别诊断、治疗及转归的研究进展进行综述,以期为肿瘤性发热的早期诊断及治疗提供依据。Neoplastic fever is a paraneoplastic syndrome caused by the tumor itself.It lacks a gold standard in diagnosis and needs to be diagnosed by medical history,physical examination,and necessary laboratory and imaging tests,which should be distinguished from infectious fever,drug-induced fever and autoimmune diseases.How to identify neoplastic fever early and quickly and how to relieve it are the current difficulties and hot spots in diagnosis and treatment.In this paper,the pathogenesis,clinical features,diagnosis and differential diagnosis,treatment and outcome of neoplastic fever were reviewed,in order to provide evidence for the early diagnosis and treatment of neoplastic fever.
