摘　　要：如何理解信息资源管理,有不同视角。图书馆视角是一种比较古老而独特的视角,以往探讨得很少。本文从图书馆的起源和使命及其演变过程来展示图书馆信息资源管理的内涵、外延及特色,包括古代藏书楼模式的图书馆使命和职能,公共图书馆时代、网络时代、大数据时代和今天数智时代的图书馆信息资源管理职能、任务和实现模式。介绍了国外如何加强和拓展图书馆核心能力的经验,展望了未来的图书馆和图书馆员。There are different perspectives on how to understand information resource management.The library perspective is a relatively old and unique perspective that has rarely been explored in the past.This paper shows the connotation,extension and characteristics of library information resource management from the origin,mission and evolution of the library,including the mission and function of the library in the ancient library model,and the functions,tasks and implementation modes of library information resource management in the era of public library,the Internet era,the era of big data and the era of digital intelligence.This paper also introduces the experience of foreign countries on how to strengthen and expand the core competencies of libraries,and looks forward to the future of libraries and librarians.
