摘　　要：目的探讨中西医结合康复治疗在脑卒中后肩手综合征患者中的作用。方法选取2022年1月至2023年7月赣州市中医院收治的80例脑卒中后肩手综合征患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各40例。对照组采用西医康复治疗,观察组采用中西医结合康复治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果、患肩关节活动度、疼痛评分、上肢运动功能。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组肩前屈、后伸、外展活动度及Fugl-Meyer运动功能评定量表(FMA)评分高于对照组,视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用中西医结合康复治疗能够更好地帮助脑卒中后肩手综合征患者恢复肢体活动能力,减轻患者疼痛程度,值得推广。Objective To investigate the effect of rehabilitation therapy of integrated Chinese and western medicine in patients with post-stroke shoulder-hand syndrome.Methods A total of 80 patients with post-stroke shoulder-hand syndrome admitted to Ganzhou Hospital of TCM from January 2022 to July 2023 were selected as research objects,and they were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with rehabilitation therapy of western medicine,and the observation group was treated with rehabilitation therapy of integrated Chinese and western medicine.The therapeutic effect,the range of motion of shoulder joint,pain score and upper limb motor function were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the shoulder flexion,extension,extension and Fugl-Meyer assessment scale(FMA)score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the visual analogue scale(VAS)score was lower than that of the control group,with statistical significances(P<0.05).Conclusion The rehabilitation therapy of integrated Chinese and western medicine can better help the patients with post-stroke shoulder-hand syndrome to recover the limb movement ability and reduce the pain degree of patients,which is worthy of promotion.
