立德树人视域下 “一院一品”思想政治教育模式构建

摘　　要：将立德树人融入高校的教育工作是高校思想政治工作的根本逻辑,“一院一品”思想政治教育模式构建是提升思想政治教育工程的一个有效方法。构建“一院一品”模式就是将思想政治教育建设品牌化、运作项目化、发展可持续化。在这个过程中要遵循找准定位、与时俱进、因材施教的原则,具体的实施策略就是打造科学的品牌理念,整合教育资源,凝练品牌特色。The construction of ideological and political education mode of“One Department,One Project”is an effective way to promote the ideological and political education project.The mode of“One Department,One Project”is to make ideological and political education brand construction,project operation and sustainable development.In this process,we should follow the principle of locating accurately,keep pace with the times and teach students according to their aptitude.The specific implementation strategy is to build scientific brand concept,integrate educational resources,and condense brand characteris tics.
