摘 要:教育情感计算涉及教育场景中情感的感知与理解、建模与预测、干预与调节、生成与表达等方面,对于学生状态表征、教学过程评价、学习机理阐释、学习干预实施具有重要意义。然而,教育情感计算面临情感指标体系不完善、无感知情感数据采集分析难实现、情感发生机理难解释、情感建模预测机制未建立、情感干预机制难落地等困境,严重削弱了情感计算对于教育创新变革的实践价值。为破解上述困境,文章提出教育情感计算的发展方向:构建面向教育领域的情感计算指标体系,开发无感知教育情感智能计算系统,探究多学段、多学科、多场景的情感发生机理,开展基于情境感知的学习者情感建模分析,完善智能教育系统的情感反馈与干预机制,健全教育领域的情感计算风险防控机制。文章的研究可为教育情感计算提供方向指引,并助力教育研究与实践的创新发展。Educational affective computing involves the perception and understanding,modeling and prediction,intervention and regulation,generation and expression of emotions in educational scenes,which is of great significance for student state representation,teaching process evaluation,learning mechanism interpretation,and learning intervention implementation.However,educational affective computing faces challenges such as the incomplete emotional indicator system,difficulty in collecting and analyzing imperceptible emotional data,difficulty in explaining emotional generation mechanism,lack of established emotional modeling and prediction mechanism,and difficulty in implementing emotional intervention mechanism,which seriously weaken the practical value of affective computing for educational innovation and transformation.In order to solve the above difficulties,the development direction of educational affective computing was proposed in this paper,which included constructing an affective computing index system for education field,developing an imperceptible educational emotional intelligent computing system,exploring the emotional generation mechanism of multiple study stages,disciplines,and scenarios,conducting learner emotional modeling and analysis based on situational perception,improving the emotional feedback and intervention mechanism of intelligent education systems,and enhancing the risk prevention and control mechanism of affective computing in education field.The research in this paper could provide direction guidance for educational affective computing and assist the innovative development of educational research and practice.
