摘  要:通过对16名专业运动员进行了为期10周的实验,旨在探究快速伸缩复合训练对青少年公路自行车运动员下肢爆发力的影响。实验设计包括实验组和对照组,分别接受快速伸缩复合训练和传统力量训练。通过多种测试指标,如1RM杠铃深蹲、自由纵跳、立定跳远、30米跑以及Wattbike功率自行车测试,全面评估了运动员的下肢爆发力。实验结果显示,接受快速伸缩复合训练的实验组在各项测试指标上均取得显著进步,且提升幅度明显优于对照组。这一研究为青少年公路自行车运动员的训练提供了新的策略和方法,证实了快速伸缩复合训练在增强下肢爆发力方面的有效性。A 10-week experiment involving 16 professional athletes was conducted to explore the impact of plyometric training on the lower extremity explosive power of adolescent road cyclists.The participants were divided into experimental and control groups,undergoing plyometric training and traditional strength training,respectively.Their lower extremity explosive power was comprehensively evaluated through various indicators such as 1RM squat,vertical jump,standing long jump,30-meter sprint,and Wattbike power cycling test.The results showed that the experimental group undergoing plyometric training made significant progress in all test indicators,with a better improvement than the control group.This study provides a new strategy and method for the training of adolescent road cyclists,confirming the effectiveness of plyometric training in enhancing lower extremity explosive power.
