牙周炎患者使用甲硝唑药膜结合盐酸米诺环素软膏治疗作用及对弹性蛋白酶的影响

摘　　要：目的分析牙周炎患者采用甲硝唑药膜联合盐酸米诺环素软膏对弹性蛋白酶的影响。方法非随机选取2021年2月—2023年5月河北燕达医院收治的90例牙周炎患者为研究对象,按治疗方式不同分成两组,各45例。对照组采用盐酸米诺环素软膏,研究组采用甲硝唑+盐酸米诺环素软膏治疗,比较两组的牙周指标、炎性指标及弹性蛋白酶变化情况。结果研究组的牙周指标、弹性蛋白酶水平均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组的超敏-C反应蛋白(4.25±1.41)mg/L、白细胞介素-8(6.25±2.51)ng/L和肿瘤坏死因子(2.51±0.57)μg/L均优于对照组(6.34±1.34)mg/L、(8.61±2.66)ng/L、(3.78±0.58)μg/L,差异有统计学意义(t=7.208、4.329、10.476,P均<0.05)。结论甲硝唑药膜联合盐酸米诺环素软膏治疗牙周炎患者,可以改善牙周相关指标、降低炎性反应及弹性蛋白酶水平。Objective To analyze the effect of metronidazole film combined with minocycline hydrochloride ointment on elastase in patients with periodontitis.Methods 90 patients with periodontitis treated in Yanda Hospital of Hebei Province from February 2021 to May 2023 were non-randomly selected as the study objects and divided into two groups according to different treatment methods,45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with minocycline hydrochloride ointment,and the study group was treated with metronidazole+minocycline hydrochloride ointment.The periodontal indexes,inflammatory indexes and elastase changes of the two groups were compared.Results The periodontal indexes and elastase levels of the study group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Research group hypersensitive C-reactive protein wsa(4.25±1.41)mg/L,interleukin-8 was(6.25±2.51)ng/L and tumor necrosis factor was(2.51±0.57)μg/L,were superior to control group(6.34±1.34)mg/L,(8.61±2.66)ng/L,(3.78±0.58)μg/L,and the differences were statistically significant(t=7.208,4.329,10.476,all P<0.05).Conclusion Metronidazole film combined with minocycline hydrochloride ointment can improve the periodontitis related indexes,reduce the inflammatory response and the level of elastase.
