超声介入联合经皮肝脏穿刺置管引流术治疗肝脓肿的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨分析超声介入联合经皮肝脏穿刺置管引流术(IU-PLPCD)治疗肝脓肿(PLA)的临床疗效。方法选择2022年8月至2023年8月在酒泉市人民医院接受治疗的68例PLA患者为本次研究对象。将患者随机分为对照组与试验组,各34例。两组分别实施常规治疗与IU-PLPCD治疗。对比两组临床疗效、血清炎症因子、临床指标、住院时间与术后并发症。结果治疗后,试验组C反应蛋白(CRP)、白介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)水平、均较对照组更低,P<0.05试验组体温恢复时间、脓腔消失时间、住院时间均短于对照组,P<0.05。两组治疗总有效率对比,试验组较对照组更高,P<0.05。试验组术后并发症总发生率低于对照组,P<0.05。试验组术后并发症发生率较对照组更低,P<0.05。结论IU-PLPCD治疗PLA患者的效果显著,可加速症状消失,降低炎症因子水平,缩短住院时间,减少并发症。Objective:To explore and analyze the clinical effect of ultrasound intervention combined with percutaneous liver puncture and drainage(IU-PLPCD)in the treatment of liver abscess(PLA).Methods:68 PLA patients who were treated in Jiuquan People's Hospital from August 2022 to August 2023 were selected as the research objects.Patients were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,34 cases in each group.The two groups were treated with routine therapy and IU-PLPCD respectively.The clinical efficacy、serum inflammatory factors、clinical indicators、hospital stay and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the levels of C-reactive protein(CRP)、interleukin-6(IL-6)and tumor necrosis factor(TNF-α)in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,P<0.05.The recovery time of body temperature,disappearance time of abscess cavity and hospitalization time in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group,P<0.05.Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of the two groups was higher in the experimental group,P<0.05.The total incidence of postoperative complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,P<0.05.The incidence of postoperative complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:IU-PLPCD is effective in the treatment of PLA patients,which can accelerate the disappearance of symptoms,reduce the level of inflammatory factors,shorten the hospitalization time and reduce complications.
