摘 要:针对水侧电子膨胀阀开度对空调-辐射供暖两联供系统的制热性能及可靠性的影响进行试验研究。结果表明:随着水侧电子膨胀阀开度从480步逐渐减小到200步,系统的制热量和性能系数呈上升趋势,制热量最大增幅为6.1%,性能系数最大增幅为3.9%,但是水侧电子膨胀阀的开度低于200步后,制热量和性能系数明显下降,排气温度呈上升趋势,对系统的可靠运行带来影响。因此,空调-辐射供暖两联供系统运行时,水侧电子膨胀阀的开度存在一个最优设定值,不能一味通过减小其开度实现系统制热性能的提升。The experimental research is conducted on the influence of water side electronic expansion valve opening on the heating performance and reliability of air-conditioning and radiant floor heating dual supply systems.The results show that as the water side electronic expansion valve opening gradually decreases from 480 to 200 steps,the heating capacity and coefficient of performance of the system show an upward trend,with a maximum increase of 6.1%in heating capacity and 3.9%in coefficient of performance.However,when the water side electronic expansion valve opening is below 200 steps,the heating capacity and coefficient of performance show a sharp downward trend,and the exhaust temperature shows a upward trend,which affects the reliable operation of the system.Therefore,for the operation of the air-conditioning and radiant floor heating dual supply systems,there is an optimal set value for the water side electronic expansion valve opening,and it is not possible to simply reduce the opening of the electronic expansion valve to achieve the improvement of heating performance of the system.
