摘　　要：目的了解河南省某三甲医院实习护生的工作压力现状与临床实习环境,探索实习护生工作压力与临床实习环境的相关性。方法采用电子问卷对样本医院实习护生的工作压力与临床实习环境开展相关调查。结果在833名实习护生中,工作压力平均分为(11.92±4.58)分,临床实习环境的评价总分为(105.06±20.14)分。实习护生工作压力与临床实习环境以及6个维度评分均呈负相关。结论实习护生的工作压力和护生对临床实习环境评价均处于中等水平,且工作压力来自多个方面。建议不仅要提高实习护生的归属感,也要创造更好的物质保障基础。Objective To understand the current situation of work stress and clinical practice environment of nursing students in a top three hospital in Henan Province,and to explore the correlation between work stress and clinical practice environment of nursing students.Methods An electronic questionnaire was used to investigate the work pressure and clinical practice environment of nursing students in sample hospitals.Results The average score of work pressure was 11.92±4.58,and the total score of clinical practice environment was 105.06±20.14.There was a negative correlation between work stress and clinical practice environment and scores of 6 dimensions.Conclusion The work pressure of nursing students and their evaluation of clinical practice environment are in the middle level,and the work pressure comes from many aspects.The suggestion is not only to improve the sense of belonging of nursing students,but also to create a better material security foundation.
