摘  要:为更有效地在科教融合的基础上深化产教融合模式提高学术研究生培养质量,该文在分析研究生培养高质量的内涵及数字经济时代对研究生培养质量要求的基础上,基于研究生培养的异质性目标,针对人才培养关键环节,提出基于产教融合联盟构建互动型课程体系、基于产教融合联盟开展双轨式科研训练、基于产教融合联盟构建多元化考核标准的路径,通过多主体共同参与提高学术研究生的培养质量。并提出政府、高校与企业在产教融合模式下,满足产业需求侧的同时,也要从长远发展角度构建高校供给侧系统性的人才培养体系。In order to deepen the mode of industry-education integration on the basis of science and education integration more effectively and improve the quality of academic postgraduate training,this paper analyzes the connotation of high-quality postgraduate training and the requirements for postgraduate training quality in the era of digital economy,and analyzes the heterogeneous objectives of postgraduate training.At the same time,aiming at the key links of talent training,the paper puts forward the paths of constructing interactive curriculum system based on the industry-education integration alliance,carrying out dual-track scientific research training based on the industry-education integration alliance,and constructing diversified assessment standards based on the industry-education integration alliance,so as to improve the training quality of academic postgraduates through the joint participation of multiple subjects.It is proposed that the government,universities and enterprises should build a systematic talent training system on the supply side of universities from the perspective of long-term development while meeting the demand side of the industry under the mode of industry-education integration.
