健康中国视域下幼儿园体育健康教育的价值意蕴、现实困境及对策探析

摘  要:幼儿园体育健康教育的发展是实施健康中国战略的重要支撑,根据《“健康中国2030”规划纲要》,从政府、幼儿园和家庭三个维度审视幼儿园体育健康教育的价值意蕴,分析其存在的现实困境。为逐步完善幼儿园体育健康教育工作,促进我国幼儿体育健康教育事业的高质量发展,提出以下可行性对策:政府层面,提供政策保障,强化师资力量;幼儿园层面,全方位建设体育与健康课程体系,保障幼儿身心健康成长;家庭层面,家园密切合作,形成幼儿体育健康教育合力。The development of young children’s health education is an important pillar for the implementation of the Healthy China Initiative.The Outline of the Healthy China 2030 Plan was approved by the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and State Council in 2016.Based on the plan,the researchers examine the value implication and practical predicament of the current development of physical health education in kindergartens from three dimensions:government,kindergarten and family.In order to improve the physical health education in kindergartens and promote the high-quality development of China’s young children’s physical health education,the following countermeasures are proposed:(1)At the government level:provide policy support and strengthen the training of teachers;(2)At the school level:build a comprehensive physical health education curriculum,to ensure the healthy growth of young children’s body and mind;(3)At the family level:facilitate the coordination between family and kindergarten,work together to promote the development of young children’s physical health.
