新医科背景下研究生生物样本管理教育的思考

摘　　要：新医科建设需要生物大数据支持精准医学、转化医学等医学新专业的发展。生物样本作为生物大数据的来源,是医学科学研究的基础,是我国重要的战略资源;规范化生物样本管理是基于生物样本的高质量医学科学研究活动的重要保障。因此,面向医学研究生开展生物样本管理教育有利于提高医学科研质量和保护我国人类遗传资源。文章围绕医学研究生生物样本管理教育展开讨论,介绍生物样本库的概念,阐明生物样本库在科学研究和医学教育中的作用,分析生物样本管理在教学和科学研究中的重要性,探讨开展生物样本管理相关教育的方式方法,为医学研究生的生物样本管理教育提供建议方案,旨在提升未来高层次复合型医学人才开展科学研究工作的知识储备和技术能力。The construction of New Medicine requires biological big data to support the development of new medical specialties,such as precision medicine and translational medicine.Biospecimen,a source of biological big data,is the foundation of medical scientific research and an important strategic resource in China.Standardized biospecimen management is an important guarantee for high-quality medical scientific research based on biospecimen.Therefore,biospecimen management education for medical postgraduates is conducive to improving the quality of medical research and protecting human genetic resources in China.The authors introduced the concept of biobank,clarified the role of biobank in scientific research and medical education,pointed out the importance of biospecimen management in teaching and scientific research.The authors then discussed the methods of carrying out biospecimen management education and provided suggestions,aiming to cultivate high-level interdisciplinary medical talents with knowledge reserve and skills for scientific research.
