摘  要:培养医学人才是高等医学院校的核心使命,教学和科研是其中两大核心模块。科教融合因强调科研育人的重要性、促进科研与教学相融合以及在培养学生创新意识等方面的优势而成为医学生培养的重要途径与方法。文章以微课题为导向的科教融合方案作为教学与科研有机结合的有效方式,调研分析不同专业医学本科生的科研水平及需求,并将微课题融入课程教学,形成团队小、周期短、方式灵活的实践项目,通过实践强化学生科研能力,并以科研产出作为考核指标,促进微课题科研对医学生科研能力的提升。总之,基于微课题科研举措有利于将科研资源转化为教学资源,提高医学生的科研实践和创新能力,从而培养出更多高素质的创新型医学人才。Cultivation of medical talents is the core mission of medical institutions of higher learning,with teaching and research as two pivotal components.The science-education integration has emerged as a significant avenue and method for cultivating medical students,due to its emphasis on nurturing research-oriented individuals and cultivation of innovation abilities.The authors investigated the research ability and needs of medical undergraduates,and then integrated small-scale research into teaching,which then became small team,short-term,and flexible projects.“Micro-project”is an effective method integrating science and education,since it helps develop scientific research ability in the students by evaluating their performance with research output.“Micro project”facilitates the conversion of research resources into educational resources and helps to develop innovative capabilities in students,so that they can become high-caliber professionals.
