摘　　要：发展“农光互补”项目能带来经济效益和环境效益,其碳减排效益显著,但也不可避免地产生不良环境影响。以某“农光互补”项目为例,开展环境影响评价,提出环境影响减缓措施。总体来说,要进一步强化监管,持续完善“农光互补”项目环境影响评价审批流程。The development of"agriculture-photovoltaic complementary"projects can bring economic and environmental benefits,with significant carbon reduction benefits,but it also inevitably produces adverse environmental impacts.Taking a certain"agriculture-photovoltaic complementary"project as an example,the environmental impact assessment is conducted,and the measures are proposed to mitigate environmental impacts.Overall,it is necessary to further strengthen supervision and continuously improve the approval process for environmental impact assessment of the"agriculturephotovoltaic complementary"projects.
