摘 要:近代留法归国大学女教师的身份建构是基于学术文化的杂糅与创生,以化解不利地位走向自强的主体性建构。她们在性别冲突、东西方文化差异以及传统与现代学术的罅隙间,不断加深文化身份的杂糅性,获得了跨越边界与打破成规的自我意识,改写了身份内涵与地位。在“成人”与“为学”间的循环促进下,近代留法归国大学女教师身份重塑的过程,也是她们创生中国学术文化和推动大学现代化的过程。她们的成长经历对激发女性自我意识,促进大学女教师个人成长与职业发展具有引领作用。The construction of the cultural identity of female university teachers returning from France in early modern times is a subjective construction based on the hybridity and creation of unique academic culture,aiming to resolve their disadvantages and move towards self-improvement.Through the gender conflict,the difference between Eastern and Western cultures,and the gap between traditional and modern scholarship,they continue to deepen the hybridity of cultural identity,so as to obtain the self-consciousness of crossing the border and breaking the rules,and rewrite the connotation and status of identity.Through the mutual promotion between“learning”and“self-achievement”,the process of rebuilding the identity of female university teachers returning from France is also the process of promoting the academic creation and the modernization of Chinese universities.Their growth experience plays a leading role in stimulating women's self-consciousness and promoting the personal growth and career development of female university teachers.
