摘  要:为了揭示不同花椒品种对温度胁迫的耐受特性,以4个月的藤椒(Zanthoxylum armatum)和麻椒(Zanthoxylum schinifolium)幼苗为试验材料观测经温度胁迫后各花椒品种分别在4℃和42℃条件下胁迫15天后叶片组织中的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、脯氨酸(Pro)含量、丙二醛(MDA)含量、总蛋白质含量(TP)的变化规律,以确定不同花椒品种对温度的耐受差异。结果表明:在4℃和42℃胁迫15天后,藤椒和麻椒的SOD活性、Pro含量、MDA含量、TP含量均呈现上升趋势。比较分析发现,在4℃胁迫下,麻椒渗透物质TP和Pro的积累分别为对照组的18.45和8.34倍,SOD活性相较对照组上升了39.41%;而藤椒的TP含量相较对照组没有显著变化,Pro上升至对照组的5.13倍,SOD活性仅上升了8.91%;表明麻椒比藤椒更容易适应低温环境的变化。在42℃高温胁迫下,藤椒渗透物质TP和Pro的积累分别为对照组的7倍和4.85倍,而麻椒相较对照组并没有显著变化,表明藤椒比麻椒更容易适应高温环境的变化。这些发现对于指导花椒的引种、栽培以及推广应用具有重要参考价值。To reveal the tolerance characteristics of different Zanthoxylum species varieties to temperature stress,four-month-old seedlings of Zanthoxylum armatum and Zanthoxylum schinifolium were used as experimental materials.The changes in superoxide dismutase(SOD)activity,proline(Pro)content,malondialdehyde(MDA)content,and total protein(TP)content in leaf tissues of each Zanthoxylum were observed after exposure to the temperature stress at 4℃and 42℃for 15 days,in order to determine the differences in temperature tolerance between different Zanthoxylum species.The results showed that after 15 days of temperature stress at both 4℃and 42℃,the SOD activity,Pro content,MDA content,and TP content of both Zanthoxylum armatum and Zanthoxylum schinifolium increased.A comparative analysis revealed that under 4℃stress,the accumulation of osmotic substances TP and Pro in Zanthoxylum schinifolium was 18.45 and 8.34 times that of the control group,respectively,and SOD activity increased by 39.41%compared with the control group.In contrast,the TP content of Zanthoxylum armatum did not change significantly compared with the control group,Pro content increased to 5.09 times that of the control group,and SOD activity only increased by 8.95%.This indicated that Zanthoxylum schinifolium was more adaptable to low temperature changes than Zanthoxylum armatum.Under high temperature stress at 42℃,the accumulation of osmotic substances TP and Pro in Zanthoxylum armatum was 7 and 4.85 times that of the control group,respectively,while there was no significant change in Zanthoxylum schinifolium compared with the control group,indicating that Zanthoxylum armatum was more adaptable to high temperature changes than Zanthoxylum schinifolium.These findings have important reference value for guiding the introduction,cultivation,and promotion of Zanthoxylum spp.varieties.
