摘 要:信息通信技术改变了数字时代的教学方式,人工智能的出现加快了这一改变的进程。梳理日本信息伦理教育的发展轨迹,分析其中的局限因素,探寻政策转型的成因,可以发现以网络礼仪和道德约束为核心内容的日本信息伦理素养教育正在向批判性评估的数字公民素养教育转型。站在数字公民视角审视日本信息伦理教育的转型特征,有助于我国进一步完善中小学信息技术课程教学体系,推动以数字公民素养为核心的智慧学习,提升中小学生对数字信息的评估能力。Information and communication technology has changed the teaching models in the digital age,and the emergence of artificial intelligence has accelerated the process of this change.Based on a review of the development history of information ethics education in Japan,an analysis of its limitation factors,and an exploration of the dominant factors behind policy transformation,it can be found that information ethics literacy education in Japan,mainly dominated by network etiquette and moral constraints,is transforming towards critical evaluation of digital citizenship education.The examination of the transformation characteristics of information ethics education in Japan from the perspective of digital citizenship helps China further improve the teaching system of information technology courses in primary and secondary schools,promoting smart learning centered on digital citizenship literacy and enhancing the evaluation capacity of primary and secondary school students towards digital information.
