摘 要:【目的】探究马铃薯/番茄嫁接对苗期干旱胁迫的光合生理响应。【方法】以马铃薯品种滇薯23为接穗,番茄品种中研988为砧木,通过盆栽试验研究马铃薯/番茄嫁接对干旱胁迫(PEG处理)下苗期马铃薯光合生理的影响。【结果】在生物学性状方面,与未嫁接组和自根嫁接组相比,不同质量分数PEG处理下,马铃薯/番茄嫁接植株的株高和根干质量均最高,最大根长和根数约为前两组的1.3倍,单株总叶面积显著高于自根嫁接组。在光合特性方面,与未嫁接和自根嫁接组相比,马铃薯/番茄嫁接植株在不同质量分数PEG处理下依然能维持相对稳定的蒸腾速率和水分利用效率,从而保证较高的光合速率。【结论】在苗期干旱条件下,以番茄为砧木的嫁接方法能够增加马铃薯接穗的抗旱性。[Purpose]To investigate the photosynthetic physiological response of potato/tomato grafting under drought stress during the seedling stage.[Methods]Useing the potato variety Dianshu 23 as the scion and the tomato variety Zhongyan 988 as the rootstock,a pot experiment was conducted to investigate the photosynthetic physiological response of potato/tomato grafts under different drought stress levels(PEG treated).[Results]Regarding biological traits,compared with non-grafted group and self-root grafted groups,the potato/tomato grafted plants exhibited the greatest plant height and root dry weight across different PEG mass fractions,and their maximum root length and root number were about 1.3 times that of the above two groups,and the total leaf area per plant was significantly higher than that of the self-root grafting group.In terms of photosynthetic characteristics,compared with non-grafted and self-grafted groups,the potato/tomato grafted plants could still maintain relatively stable transpiration rate and water use efficiency under different mass fractions of PEG treatments,thus ensuring higher photosynthetic rate.[Conclusion]The grafting method using tomato as rootstock can increase the drought resistance of potato scion under drought condition at seedling stage.
