摘  要:植物含有糖类、醌类、黄酮类、苯丙素类、萜类、酚类、挥发油等大量的次生代谢产物,不同的代谢产物具有抗氧化、抗炎、抗菌等不同的生物学功能。溶剂法、微波和超声波辅助提取法、水蒸气蒸馏法、超临界流体萃取法、高压和低压辅助酶处理法等不同方法提取的代谢产物成分、含量及提取率差异较大,甚至制备方法会影响其生物活性。基于此,探讨了不同制备方式对植物提取物化学成分及生物活性的影响,并以丹皮为例,详细总结了不同制备方式对其化学成分种类及生物活性的影响,以期为植物源活性物质的提取方法选择提供思路,为活性成分的生物学功能研究及解释提供参考。Plants contain a large number of secondary metabolites,such as sugars,quinones,flavonoids,phenylpropanoids,terpenoids,phenols and volatile oils.Different metabolites have different biological functions,such as antioxidation,anti-inflammation and anti-bacteria.The composition,content and extraction rate of metabolites extracted by different methods,such as solvent method,microwave and ultrasonic-assisted extraction,water vapor distillation,supercritical fluid extraction,high-pressure and low-pressure assisted enzyme treatments,vary greatly,and even their biological activities are affected by the preparation methods.Based on this,this paper discussed the effects of different preparation methods on the chemical composition and bioactivity of plant extracts.Taking Cortex Moutan as an example,this paper summarized the effects of different preparation methods on the types of chemical composition and bioactivity in detail,so as to provide ideas for selecting the extraction methods of plant-derived active substances,and provide references for the study and interpretation of the biological functions of active ingredients.
