摘 要:目的探析在消化内科实施无缝隙护理管理模式对护理人员工作主动性以及护理质量的影响。方法回顾性选取2020年2月—2022年2月乌兰察布市中心医院消化内科的19名护理人员作为研究对象,2020年2月—2021年2月实施常规管理模式为参照组,2021年2月—2022年2月实施无缝隙护理管理模式为研究组。对比两种护理管理模式下的护理质量与护士工作主动性。结果研究组的护理技能、护理理论知识、专业化素养、护理态度评分均高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组的主动性为100.00%(19/19),高于参照组的78.95%(15/19),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论无缝隙管理措施在消化内科的应用有助于提高护理质量和护理人员对工作的主动性。Objective To explore the effect of seamless nursing management mode on the work initiative and nursing quality of nurses in gastroenterology department.Methods 19 nursing staff in the Gastroenterology Department of Ulanqab Central Hospital from February 2020 to February 2022 were retrospective selected as the research subjects.The conventional nursing management mode was implemented from February 2020 to February 2021 as the reference group,and the seamless nursing management mode was implemented from February 2021 to February 2022 as the research group.Compare nursing quality and nurses'work initiative under two nursing management modes.Results The scores of nursing skills,nursing theoretical knowledge,professional literacy and nursing attitude of the study group were higher than those of the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The initiative of the study group was 100.00%(19/19),higher than 78.95%(15/19)of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of seamless management in gastroenterology can improve the quality of nursing and the initiative of nursing staff.
