摘 要:目的分析在骨外科中使用人性化护理管理模式的效果。方法京山仁和医院骨外科于2023年2—8月实施常规管理模式,于2023年9月—2024年2月实施人性化护理管理模式,共选取骨外科护理人员13名,两种管理模式下护理人员未发生改变。比较两种管理模式下的护理管理质量、工作倦怠感、管理满意度。结果人性化护理管理模式下护理人员的护理管理质量、工作倦怠感评分优于常规管理模式,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。护理人员对人性化护理管理模式的满意度(92.31%)高于对常规管理模式的满意度(76.92%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论人性化护理管理模式应用在骨外科中效果显著,能有效提升科室的护理管理质量,降低护理人员的工作倦怠感。Objective To analyze the effect of using a humanized nursing management model in orthopedics.Methods The department of Orthopedics of Jingshan Renhe Hospital implemented the routine management mode from February to August 2023,and the humanized nursing management mode from September 2023 to February 2024.A total of 13 orthopedic nursing staff were included,and the nursing staff did not change under the two management modes.Compared the quality of nursing management,job burnout,work coping style,negative emotion ratings,and management satisfaction in the two management modes.Results The nursing management quality and burnout scores of nursing staff in the humanized nursing management mode were better than those in the conventional management mode,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The nursing staff's satisfaction with the humanized nursing management mode(92.31%)was higher than that with the conventional management mode(76.92%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of humanized nursing management mode in orthopedic surgery has remarkable effect,which can effectively improve the quality of nursing management in the department,reduce the score of work burnout.
