摘 要:目的分析细节思维管理模式在精神科护理管理中的应用效果。方法选取山东省淄博市博山区白塔镇卫生院精神科工作的15名护理人员作为研究对象。2022年1—12月实施常规管理,作为常规组;2023年1—12月在常规管理的基础上引入细节思维管理模式,作为探究组。比较两组的管理效果。结果探究组的工作质量和职业认同感评分高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。探究组的管理满意度为100.00%(15/15)高于常规组的60.00%(9/15),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论细节思维管理模式在精神科护理管理中的应用,能够有效提升护理人员的工作质量和职业认同感,提高管理满意度。Objective To analyze the application effect of detailed thinking management mode in psychiatric nursing management.Methods A total of 15 nurses working in the psychiatric department of Baita Town Health Center in Boshan District,Zibo City,Shandong Province were selected as the research objects.From January to December 2022,routine management implemented as a routine group;from January to December 2023,the detailed thinking management mode was introduced on the basis of routine management as the inquiry group.The management effects of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of work quality and professional identity in the inquiry group were higher than those in the routine group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The management satisfaction of the inquiry group was 100.00%(15/15),which was higher than that of the conventional group(60.00%)(9/15),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of detailed thinking management mode in psychiatric nursing management can effectively improve the work quality and professional identity of nursing staff,and improve management satisfaction.
