摘 要:目的评价问题驱动教学法(problem-based learning,PBL)在脊柱外科教学查房中的运用效果。方法在2022年1—12月期间长沙市第四医院脊柱外科实施常规教学法,选取此时段科内接收的实习学生25名进行分析,此为参照组。在2023年1—12月期间脊柱外科实施PBL教学法,选取此时段科内接收的实习学生25名进行分析,此为观察组。对比分析两组的教学效果。结果经过教学后,观察组的考试结果高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组的自主学习能力、临床思辨能力、解决问题能力、临床查房能力均高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组的教学满意率为100.00%(25/25),高于参照组的84.00%(21/25),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.347,P<0.05)。结论实施PBL教学法,可以使脊柱外科实习学生的考试结果得到改善,同时还可增强实习学生的自主学习能力,锻炼解决问题能力与临床查房能力,提高教学满意率,值得研究使用。Objective To evaluate problem-based learning,The application effect of PBL in spinal surgery teaching ward round.Methods During the period from January to December 2022,the Spinal Surgery Department of the Fourth Hospital of Changsha implemented the conventional teaching method.25 interns were selected for analysis,which was the reference group.During the period from January to December 2023,PBL teaching method was implemented in spine surgery department of our hospital.25 interns were selected for analysis,which was the observation group.The teaching effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results After teaching,the test results of the observation group were higher than those of the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The self-learning ability,clinical thinking ability,problem-solving ability and clinical ward round ability of the observation group were higher than those of the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction rate of the observation group was 100.00%(25/25)higher than 84.00%(21/25)of the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.347,P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of PBL teaching method can improve the examination results of spinal surgery students,at the same time,it can also enhance the students'autonomous learning ability,exercise their problem-solving ability and clinical rounds,and improve the teaching satisfaction rate.
