护理工作质量控制与风险量化管理在绩效考核中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的分析护理绩效考核中工作质量控制与风险量化管理的应用效果。方法选取2022年1月—2024年1月潜江市中心医院60名护理人员为研究对象。2023年1月—2024年1月开展质量控制与风险量化管理(管理后),2022年1—12月开展常规管理(管理前)。比较管理前后护理工作质量(基础护理、健康教育、心理疏导、病房管理、护理操作、护理文书书写)、护理人员对管理模式的满意度、护理不良事件发生情况、风险意识评分。结果管理后,基础护理、病房管理、护理操作、护理文书书写等各项工作质量评分均较管理前有所升高,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。管理后,护理人员对管理模式的总满意度较管理前有所升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。管理后,护理人员风险意识评分低于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。管理前,发生的护理不良事件数量为7起,包括用药错误2起,压疮2起,坠床3起。管理后,发生的护理不良事件数量为1起,为用药错误。结论护理绩效考核中应用护理工作质量控制与风险量化管理,有利于提高护理工作质量,提高护理人员对管理模式的满意度,减少护理不良事件的发生。Objective To analyze the application effect of work quality control and risk quantification management in nursing performance appraisal.Methods From January 2022 to January 2024,60 nursing staff in Qianjiang Central Hospital were selected as the research objects.From January 2023 to January 2024,quality control and risk quantitative management will be carried out(after management),and from January to December 2022,routine management will be carried out(before management).The quality of nursing work(basic nursing,health education,psychological counseling,ward management,nursing operation,nursing document writing),nursing staff's satisfaction with management mode,occurrence of nursing adverse events and risk awareness score before and after management were compared.Results After management,the quality scores of basic nursing,ward management,nursing operation and nursing document writing were higher than those before management,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After management,the total satisfaction of nursing staff to the management mode was higher than that before management,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After management,the risk awareness score was lower than that before management,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before the management,the number of nursing adverse events was 7,including 2 cases of medication errors,2 cases of pressure sores and 3 cases of falling out of bed.After management,the number of nursing adverse events was 1,which was medication error.Conclusion The application of nursing quality control and risk quantification management in nursing performance appraisal is conducive to improving the quality of nursing work,improving the satisfaction of nursing staff with the management model,and reducing the occurrence of nursing adverse events.
