摘　　要：目的探究分析疾控系统微生物检验质量控制效果。方法选取2022年1—12月山东省菏泽市疾病预防控制中心检验科的20名检验人员为研究对象,抽取研究期间的100次微生物检验辅助研究。根据不同管理方法,2022年1—6月实施常规管理措施的设为对照组(进行50次微生物检验);2022年7—12月实施持续质量管理措施的设为观察组(进行50次微生物检验)。对比两组微生物检验质量合格情况、检验人员对管理模式的满意度、微生物检验管理质量评分。结果观察组微生物检验质量合格率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组检验人员对管理模式的满意度为100.00%(20/20),高于对照组的80.00%(16/20),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组微生物检验管理质量评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论疾病系统微生物检验实施持续质量管理措施,可提高微生物检验质量合格率、检验人员对管理模式的满意度以及微生物检验管理质量。Objective To explore and analyze the quality control effect of microbiological examination in disease control system.Methods From January to December 2022,20 inspectors from the Laboratory Department of Heze Center for Disease Control and Prevention in Shandong Province were selected as the research objects,and 100 microbial test-assisted studies were selected during the study period.According to different management methods,the implementation of routine management measures from January to June 2022 was the control group(50 microbial tests were performed).From July to December 2022,the implementation of continuous quality management measures was the observation group(50 microbiological tests);the quality of microbiological examination,the satisfaction of inspectors with the management mode and the quality score of microbiological examination management were compared between the two groups.Results The qualified rate of microbiological test quality in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The satisfaction of inspectors to the management mode in the observation group was 100.00%(20/20),which was higher than 80.00%(16/20)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality scores of microbiological examination management in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of continuous quality management measures for microbiological examination of disease system can improve the qualified rate of microbiological examination quality,the satisfaction of inspectors with management mode and the quality of microbiological examination management.
