摘  要:碳减排将改变地区能源供应结构,影响其发展规划优化结果,制定合理的微电网分布式碳减排规划是实现全球碳目标的关键环节。微电网分布式能源是电力系统实现碳中和的重要组成部分,其发展规划直接影响电网的安全运行与系统的运行成本,因此有必要深入探讨在不同主-微网交互策略下风电、光伏、储能等分布式能源最优发展规划。该文首先制定微电网与主网交互策略和运行模式。其次,提出基于分段优化的微电网分布式能源发展规划分析方法,建立考虑交互策略的分布式电源双层规划模型,构建基于信度函数理论的分布式能源发展规划评估方法。然后利用国内某地典型海岛和内陆微电网为例,对2021—2060年分布式能源发展计划进行仿真分析。结果表明,海岛微电网风电和内陆微电网光伏最优发展规划为前加速发展模式。内陆光伏最优发展规划与微电网运营公司规划的比较验证了该文所提方法的可行性和有效性。The development of distributed energy is an important part of achieving carbon neutrality in power systems;its development planning,breadth,and velocity greatly impact the security and cost of power system operation.Therefore,it is necessary to investigate the optimal development planning of distributed energy,such as wind power,PV,and energy storage,under different interactive strategies between the main and microgrids.Firstly,this paper proposes five interactive strategies and operation modes between the main and microgrids.Then,a distributed energy development planning analysis methodology based on piece-wise optimization is proposed;this includes establishing a bi-level optimization model for distributed energy development under each interactive strategy and development planning evaluation method based on D-S theory.Finally,the proposed method is applied to typical onshore and offshore island microgrids in China,and their development planning for 2021—2060 was analyzed.Simulation results show that the wind power in the island grid and PV in the onshore microgrid exhibit front-end development pathways.A comparison of onshore microgrid PV development between the simulated results and the long-term plan developed by the relevant operator demonstrates the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method.
